Traditional document processing solutions such as OCR are often rule-based, which require extensive effort and time to set up templates and maintain high quality consistently. Document AI Go, Scale’s first foray into Model-as-a-Service product offering, provides a better solution that employs continuously improving machine learning models to extract information from documents—within seconds—at human accuracy. I led the design from June 2022 to September 2022, when the product was publicly launched. Work shown below is limited due to NDA.
